How credible and at the knowledge are consumers present to the relations of meeting payments with account reconciliation and opposed conditions of consistent reliability of Economic Income vs. Earned Savings?

 My work has led to a serious evaluation of service as a customer.  The concept of customer service satisfaction has been a serious deficit in the present conditions of business with less and less customers.
